Senator Leman moved for the adoption of Rules Committee Amendment No. 1 offered on page 1544. Without objection, Rules Committee Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
